What I offer is not for everyone. My mission, message, and vision is not for everyone – if it were, I’d be begging for people to listen to me. My goal is not for everyone to listen to me, but many do. Why? Because of resonance.

I only work with those that are in Stage 3 or higher. Unfortunately, my program is not for those in stages 1 or 2.

WHAT IS MY APPROACH?
I practice a holistic approach to health & wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
Together we work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving desired & healthy weight, improving food choices, creating a realistic & enjoyable way of eating for life, improving sleep, finding nourishing exercise for your body, and maximizing energy overall. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding & awareness of the food & lifestyle choices that work best for you & implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, clarity, and health.

Bio-individuality™: While we are all beautiful & amazing human beings, what sets us apart is our uniqueness. What works for you may not necessarily work for me. And that's cool. The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food & lifestyle needs. One person’s food may be another person’s poison, which is why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working with the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your own unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. Not only will you get to experiment throughout this journey, you will learn to embrace it. That's the only way to figure out what works for you & only you. With this personalized, holistic approach, I ensure that you will succeed.
Primary Food™: Although food is everything (we are what we eat, etc.), it's actually not everything. I'm here to teach you about the concept of primary food, and how it overrides secondary food -- the actual food we put in our mouths. The four primary foods include: relationships, physical activity, career, and spirituality. It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment & fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives that affect & contribute to the current state of our health. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity & spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When we think of health, it is essential that we think in terms of mind, body, and soul. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in both eating the right foods for your body, as well as in living an inspired, fulfilling life.
