ABOUT ANGIE

Angie Sanchez

Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC)

Founder "True You" Health Coaching, Angie Sanchez, LLC

As a health & lifestyle coach, truth junkie, fitness & natural movement enthusiast, and nutrition & "real food" advocate, I am insanely passionate about empowering, inspiring, and educating others to pave their own way to optimal health through discovery & cultivation of purpose, truth, and strength.

I shoot straight from the heart with my with extensive knowledge & experience in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Not only am I about your health improving, but the fact that once it does, what you attract in your life is also going to improve. As a result, you will then be able to become your greatest version & achieve your “true you.” Anything is possible at this point: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

Through this website, my social media platforms, and my “not one-size-fits-all program” I teach others how to enrich their lives with food, exercise, and love -- all while living in alignment with who they are. My firm belief is that in uncovering your true, authentic self therein lies the key to true, optimal health. Knowing your “true you” is the catalyst for living the most authentic & fulfilling life possible. I can also gurantee you that I practice what I preach.

If you must know, I am an unabashed “cat lady.” I have a deep fascination with cats (and all animals really), while ignoring the fact that I'm actually allergic to them. I love lifting weights, but also have a huge love affair with Pilates. I thoroughly enjoy being out in nature & the ocean, love my dark chocolate, French-pressed coffee, as well as the tripod of manchego cheese with truffle honey & some fine wine. More of my loves include, but are not limited to: traveling (especially with someone you love to a place you’ve never been to before); authentic, genuine connection & conversation; high quality of life experiences; telling me I can’t do something, which then I end up doing; adventure & spontaneity; any & all thoughtfulness; performing & receiving small gestures; Gulf sunsets; movies on the couch on a Sunday; and the one thing most people are deprived of: touch. I love life. I love bliss. I love sharing. I love love. They're all contagious.

I do have a degree -- I attended the University of Miami & received my Bachelor’s in Communications in 2006, double-majoring in both public relations & psychology. More importantly, however, I received my certification & extraordinary training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I currently reside in Miami, Florida (with my kitties, of course).

The meaning of life is to create heaven on earth.

The secret is the deepest realization that you can create it at any moment.          -- G.A.D.

By the way, WHY?

What's my "why"? WHY do I do what I do?

Because my purpose is help others discover the strength, magic, and power that already exists within them. My purpose to teach others mindfulness & how your life immediately shifts direction once you disover its true power. I take pride in being able to guide others into breaking free of all fears & obstacles in order to become a true badass.

I know firsthand what it’s like to feel unconventional, lost, stuck, depressed (yes, I used the d-word), not know your potential, not know what tools are necessary for growth & change (or the fact that I already possessed them), as well as what it’s like to have your health deteriorate as a result (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual).

The moment you change your PERCEPTION        is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of

your body.

I also know what it’s like to reach a breaking point. I know how it feels to want to take better care of yourself, to desire more energy & vitality, to want to take your life to the next level, to want to be a do-er, to stop searching for answers & fulfillment, and to desire a better, healthier relationship with yourself in order to ultimately have a better, healthier relationship with food & other important aspects of your life.

I know what it’s like to feel unconventional & then take the unconventional road. I KNOW what it’s like to go to the beat of MY OWN tune, not everyone else’s, and be completely intimidated by that, thinking I would never find my place. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re meant for something more (other than a miserable corporate job, which was my case) or like if something was missing - possibly, something you are on the cusp of, but just need a little re-directing & inspiration.
